Important Updates on Shipping to the United States

For international shipments to the United States, we currently offer two shipping options: Economy and Priority. Each option follows different import terms, which affect how tariffs and fees are handled.

We kindly ask all senders to review the details below and inform their receivers accordingly to avoid delays or unexpected charges.

Economy Shipping
(DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

• Shipments are sent under DDP terms
• U.S. tariffs are collected from the sender upfront
• No additional customs processing fees will be charged to the receiver upon arrival
• Parcels are delivered without the receiver needing to make any further payment related to customs

This option offers greater cost certainty and convenience for receivers.

Priority Shipping
DDU (Default) or DDP (Optional)

• Shipments are sent under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms by default
• U.S. tariffs and customs processing fees are payable by the receiver upon arrival
• These charges are not included in the shipping fee paid by the sender

Customs processing fees for Priority shipments (borne by the receiver under DDU terms):

• Item value ≤ USD 800
USD 18 or 2% of tariffs imposed, whichever is greater
• Item value > USD 800
USD 32 or 2% of tariffs imposed, whichever is greater

Best practice:
Senders should communicate with the receivers on the above charges prior to shipment arrival to avoid customs processing delays.

❗ Important note on unpaid charges

If the receiver refuses or fails to pay the required tariffs or customs processing fees for Priority shipments, all outstanding charges will be billed to the shipper, including any return fees (if applicable).
