Public holiday announcement: Our office is closed on Thursday (Oct 31) in conjunction with Deepavali. Business will resume on Friday (Nov 1).
“Service Fees” refer to freight or postage/shipping charges which are calculated automatically when you request a quotation or displayed at checkout when booking a shipment. This amount is the greater of volumetric or actual weight. Service fees include top-up payments for under-declaration of parcel weight and dimensions, as well as any additional costs incurred in returning a shipment during weight disputes (as outlined in section 6.5). Service fees exclude any custom duties or import taxes that should arise upon shipment arrival at their destination country.
Any service fees displayed (including any service tax if applicable) is subject to revision from time to time at the sole discretion of Flickpost. Any fee revisions/amendments shall not affect any prior bookings made before the effective date of revision.
Flickpost reserves the right to re-weigh or re-measure a parcel in order to confirm the weight and dimensions declared by users. In the event that there is a discrepancy or under-declaration, where an additional or top-up payment is required, users are liable for the additional payment. Failure to reimburse Flickpost for the additional payments will result in the return of shipment back to the sender, where the shipper shall be responsible for any return/redelivery fees, including freight charges, storage fees, taxes owed, or any miscellaneous expenses incurred by Flickpost that are directly related to returning the shipment.
Shipment surcharge eligibility may change as the dimensions and shape of a package may alter during transit. If and when that occurs, Flickpost reserves the right to impose handling surcharges where applicable and/or make appropriate adjustments to the shipping fees at any time.
Any service fees paid are non-refundable.
All shipping rates quoted are nett, except for the following:
Amendment fees are charged when a customer requests a change to the recipient’s details after the parcel has left our processing hub. Please note that Flickpost cannot guarantee the success of address amendments, as this depends on the parcel’s transit stage, customs status, or if it is already out for delivery to the incorrect address.
Fees are fully refundable if the change request is unsuccessful.
Economy & Standard shippoing option amendment: RM 35
Priority shipping option amendment: RM 55

Customs duty and taxes are government-imposed charges on goods imported into a country, based on the item’s value, type, and origin, to regulate trade and generate revenue. To estimate the tax you may have to incur, use this import duty calculator.
The duty and tax amount displayed is an estimate and may differ from the final charges levied by customs authorities.

Flickpost imposes minimal processing fees to cover domestic shipping, import clearance, operational and administrative charges, in line with Clause 13.10 set forth in our existing Terms & Conditions.
There are times when an item can’t be delivered as expected, and is sent back to the country of origin. This could happen for one of many reasons, such as:
• Receiver is unreachable
• Receiver address is incomplete
• Receiver has refused acceptance or delivery of the parcel
• Refusal to settle outstanding import duties/taxes
• Failure to schedule re-delivery or arrange collection from their local post office after an unsuccessful delivery attempt • Failure to provide government ID and/or documentation required by local customs (if applicable)
• Held or rejected by local customs
• Article containing dangerous goods and/or prohibited items
While these are some of the most common scenarios, kindly note that this is not an exhaustive list. Parcels unclaimed/unattended for an extended period may be returned to the country of origin at the discretion of the destination postal partner or customs.
There is always a valid reason for returns. Flickpost is by no means in control of the outcome nor can we intervene or influence the decision made by customs or the destination postal partner. Due to operational differences that exist between postal and courier, Flickpost will initiate returns ONLY if the parcel is physically back at our local hub. We are not accountable for any returns in transit from destination country back to Malaysia, nor are we liable to interfere with local customs pertaining to the release of imports/exports. Flickpost is not liable for any losses suffered by the shipper (whether directly or indirectly), as well as shipment return delays as a result of the parcel being deferred, detained, withheld, misrouted, or missing in transit back from overseas.
In the event a shipment is returned due to unforeseen circumstances, all shipping fees paid shall be non-refundable and any associated compensation claims will be void.
