Job Description
- Coordinate daily operational activities with team members and stakeholders
- Manage warehouse operations including inbound and outbound shipments, sorting, repacking, labeling and maintenance tasks.
- Perform pickup and delivery tasks as needed.
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product or service related issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and recommendations in selecting the right products or services based on client needs, as well as technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Handle escalations and adhere to company policies
What you'll need:
- Diploma or degree preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics or customer service is advantageous but not compulsory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Competent in both English and Malay languages. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Able to work in Klang.
