Operations and Customer Service Executive

Job Description

  • Coordinate daily operational activities with team members and stakeholders
  • Manage warehouse operations including inbound and outbound shipments, sorting, repacking, labeling and maintenance tasks.
  • Perform pickup and delivery tasks as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve product or service related issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations in selecting the right products or services based on client needs, as well as technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Handle escalations and adhere to company policies

What you'll need:

  • Diploma or degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics or customer service is advantageous but not compulsory
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Competent in both English and Malay languages. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Able to work in Klang.
